The Yasha set has some good uses on Ninja.

I personally use the Body, Hands, Legs, and Feet in my gear sets.

Top reason for having them would be the high enmity.

Secondary usage would be for spell interruption during Ichi casting.

If you like nuking as Ninja, these are not bad to have.

I like them Alot for Kite Tanking, Very usful for it so you can start moving earlier.

And for the parrying increase to cap. Yasha Samue and Tekko +1 are amazing, if you don't need the damage reduction.
