Imprimatures Distribution Time Reduction (Not KIs)

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone can help me solve a strange puzzle.

I have 3 characters, and they all have exactly the same coalition ranks. None of them have the Bronze, Silver, or Gold Shovel Cordon key items.

However, one character (Warviper) is recharging imprimaturs noticeably faster than the other two — by roughly 3 more imprimaturs per 24 hours (and its not because im hitting the cap. If I check after ½ a day, i have 1 or 2 more imprimatures recharged than on the other 2 chars)

This has really confused me, because as far as I know, the only thing that affects imprimatur recharge time is the Shovel Cordon KIs.

Is there any other mechanic, key item, or system (old or new) that can reduce imprimatur recharge time? Maybe something I’m overlooking that one character could have but the others don’t?
