Oh it’s a tier list ourselves. Meh too much work. Let me vote which one is Number 1 lol.

I did REMAs, but I don't know how every weapon performs on each job, so it was a bit of guesswork without researching it. I guess the more people vote, the more accurate it will become.
Primes would be total guesswork, and Bonanza weapons a bit as well. I don't expect them to be accurate for a long time.

Pssssh. The Ergons lumped in with Mythics again. They're their own thing, damn it!
Also though, lol at everyone who ranked Drepanum super low in Ambuscade weapons. It's one of the most powerful Ambuscade weapons available, ya fools!

Having done a few of these tier lists i will say one of the more interesting things is reading the comments and wildly different metas for everything besides naegling.
Gonna be a lot of salty Dragoons with these lists.

I would ideally want to have some B+ and A+ ranks, but oh well. Also I was tiering weapons as an options for the respective jobs, not usefulness of those jobs in current meta.

Vajra on B and C, together with Murgleis. Wtf. Clearly, no one owns a Vajra here. :P
There is several weapons here that are underrated (for example Redemption, Varga), but otherwise it's mostly accurate imo.

Personally, Mandau is pretty under rated, Atleast on RDM, THF not so much.
Also seemed like my Mercy Strokes were doing slightly more than KOTR. The STR mod is pretty damn nice.
Kind of puzzled as to why Kikoku is a higher rank? They are at least equal in my eyes.

I like my Excal a lot, but I don't see why it's ranked up there with Anni/Apoc

It's also a nice option to pack some additional damage on PLD when doing Aminon, without walling the other proper DDs.
Bet those are the reasons why some people value Exca so high.
Too much, in my eyes, but at the same time I acknowledge those niche values.
As for Kikoku it's a pretty nice option for NIN when soloing or lowmanning.
One of the best option I would argue, clearly not on top but given how Relics are usually way further behind in tier list for pure DDs, I can understand why Kikoku might look better than most other DD relics.
Funny seeing Lycurgos getting dumpstered in average rankings. While it may certainly be little more than a stepping stone towards better things for Warrior, it is a fantastic utility weapon for Dark Knight. Easily my second most-used Ambu weapon after Naegling.

Foenaria in S has to be a joke. I get its more of DRKs fault but no way is it a better DD weapon then GKT, PA, GA, GS due to the jobs that can use those weapons. Longshade should stand alone in that tier IMO. Nothing touches it.
The gimic is sweet but its only S for AFKing.
Duban is another one, PLDs are using Aegis on the hardest fights. Duban stage 2 is the single best use of galli, after that galli to useful stat ratio falls off a cliff.

Anonymous tier lists are as reliable as govt funded surveys or the police investigating themselves.
