its a craft, but we can't do anything with it until the next update towards the end of this month.

totally different, its to put auguments on select weapons and gear.

Totally new, nobody has touched it yet, and nobody can until the next update. If I'm not mistaken.

You're most likely using the old FFXI Style UI mod. There was an update to 1.15 yesterday that fixes it.
