I tested stats on Arebati for people working on the fight.
Base stats were tested using absorbing shield and impact. I tested this on V0, V10 and V25. Looking back I should have tested on non-5 multiples to exactly narrow down the value. All base stats could be up to 4 more, ie (320 is 320-324).
Defense values were tested on V0 and V25.
I used ranged attacks and changed attack values to reach 0.9 and 1.1 of pdif to remove the randomizer. Then I adjusted my ranged attack up, until I started shooting out of the 1.1 pdif range. I also tested it on the way down, but distance correction makes it unreliable. I used RDM using bow for both v0 and v25.
