Hello,

Three issues:

1) With the November 2024 update, the Bidder plugin that comes via the main code line stopped working.

2) The update feature of Windower FAILED to update the Bidder plugin.

3) The Konami code is NOT working (based on what worked for me last time). I used the steps and codes successfully on March 2, 2018.

The steps are:

1) Launch Windower to its menu (e.g., tabs: Profiles; Addons; Plugins).

2) While highlighting (in) the Plugins tab, enter the Konami code using the following keys on the computer's keyboard.

arrow up
arrow up
arrow down
arrow down
arrow left
arrow right
arrow left
arrow right
Capital B
Capital A

Could someone please email these three DLLs to me? Please and thank you.

Got a windower update this morning and Bidder, JAZero, Packetflow not working. I uninstalled all and reinstalled and still not working. Initially I had yellow exclamation pts next to each.
that yellow ! is normal, that is the use at your own risk indicator.

Bidder is currently not working due to a version issue, if you delete the existing file and your update folder you can get the proper .dll file downloaded.

You may need to reenter the code to access these plugins from the launcher.

I would add that asking random people to send dlls to your email(which you did not provide that I can see?) is a very bad idea.

You have to delete C:\windows\system32 for the dll's to download, that will free up the dlls so windower can get updated versions.

The konami code still works. It's not capital A or B, it's just a and b. Make sure the plugin pane has focus before inputing the code (click on any of the plugins).

There was an hiccup with the update of the bidder files, so you will have to go to your windower\plugins\ folder, and manually delete bidder.dll. When you next launch windower again you will have to re-enable the plugin (konami code), and then it will download the proper version.

Do NOT use DLLs that random users have sent you. Only download straight from windower.

What’s a DLL?

It's a windows file extension. It stands for dynamic link library. The simple explanation is it's a code base to perform common tasks. Rather than having to recreate the same code over and over every time an application has to do something, it's easier to have a shared resource for it to reference for the things it does the most. Create the code to do the task once, and then call upon it as needed. It's a type of core file that without it a lot of things break, and you don't want it tampered with to do things it's not supposed to.
