Ill do you one better Ill cite all the times in 81 pages you posted anything against their ideology. Here we go: Afania said: » Where is it, Nynja? YouTube Video Placeholder K123 said: » What are total sales on Steam? I don't think Steam ever displays actual total sales numbers, just their top selling list, which Oblivion is currently perched on top of. It also displays current players and highest current player count, which Oblivion is also doing really well on. #4 on the list (174k) is basically as good as it can get for any game that costs money. Counterstike, DOTA, and PUBG are always the top 3 in these times. Also have to remember that Steam doesn't represent all PC players, it excludes the Windows Store and all players that are playing the game via GamePass, which I would guess is in the tens of thousands right now. It also excludes console players which...I mean they exist. But that's going to be a much smaller number. 81 pages

Afania said: » I don't have a preference on those ideology. Also, on page 54: Afania said: » Who cares if it's male/female/Type A/Type B/They/he/it/whatever. It's the art, gameplay and story that matters in a game. Give me a good game and I give zero *** about those terms. If you think those matters, then you have a preference. If you don't think they matter, then you don't have a preference. You are the one with a preference, not me. And I am not sure why you need 81 pages of exchange to figure this out when I said it way before. Carbuncle.Nynja said: » Id rather play a visual novel game and spend 30 minutes pressing enter every 2 seconds Then don't accuse people for saying things that they never did. If you want to accuse other people for something, evidence! Your quote on page 54 fails to separate the fact, THE UNDENIABLE FACT, that the people who want type A/B in their character creation are the same people who want shitty art and a horrible story in their game.
Carbuncle.Nynja said: » Your quote on page 54 fails to separate the fact, THE UNDENIABLE FACT, that the people who want type A/B in their character creation Right, so some people wants type A/B, so they have a preference on this ideology. Some people want to change it back to male/female, they also have a preference on this ideology. I belongs to neither side because I don't care about those, so I don't have a preference on this ideology Not sure how is this so hard to see that you need 81 pages.... Afania said: » Some people want to change it back to male/female, they also have a preference in this ideology. I refuse to believe that you are this stupid. I rather keep thinking that you are just flat out dishonest. Alright Godfry, for the sake of argument, what personally offends you about things not using male/female? What part of changing this to Type A/B upsets you? You may have already said, but I don't feel like dredging back through 20 pages to find it.
Here's a solution: Why not make all games start with an option for:
Are you a: A. Snowflake B. Probably xenophobic Then if you chose A the options show as "body type: A/B" and if you choose the latter then it shows as "male/female"? Here's a better solution: You are smart enough to know what you think is male and female, and are able to use your eyes to pick a body type that matches how you see yourself. Just ignore whatever label it has and stop getting upset that a game might not exclusively cater to you specifically.
I swear the people who whine about this stuff are the same people who will throw a tantrum about wearing a mask. A trivial inconvenience to help other people is a crime against humanity I guess. I just feel like you downplay the cultural impact of them pushing the agenda since the game will be played by millions of people. If this was just an innocent take of someone who feels differently about the subject, I'd be willing to tolerate it. But knowing how far they went with this bs (blocker for kids, trans reading time, men in women sports etc) I'd rather just kill it in its roots by not tolerating it at all. I am not against this take btw, even though I find it a little extreme. But if people gonna piss off for me saying that's a preference in cultural war then you need chill a little. See I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt but if you're going to stamp your feet and go "If we give them any sort of inclusion they're going to go into the schools and make all the kids have forced gender reassignment surgery" it's kinda hard to not think of you as a mental midget.

Tarage said: » Shitty stories and base level inclusion for non-binary people are two very unrelated things. Plenty of games have shitty stories that don't have any sort of inclusional language at all. Plenty of games with inclusion have great stories. Just because a company will try to use inclusion to hide flaws in a game doesn't make it a 1 to 1 overlap. Stop being a disingenuous That's what I've been trying to tell Nynja for 81 pages then he accused me for taking sides in cultural war ;( Tarage you are late to the party! Stop being a disingenuous That's what I've been trying to tell Nynja for 81 pages then he accused me for taking sides in cultural war ;( Tarage you are late to the party! It was exactly as stupid as I expected it would be. Also the hell is wrong with taking sides on this issue? One side is "Hey we should try to include people who are normally excluded and have no representation in media, as shifting it from 100% / 0% to something more like 80% / 20% isn't going to harm those who are currently 100% because they're still the main characters in a majority of media. The other side are biggoted *** who can't comprehend that all media shouldn't specifically reference them and their cultural experiences. It's like saying you don't want to see any darkies on TV, or that any reference to non Christian media forbidden. It's okay for you not to see yourself in every single character dipshit. There's at least a strong correlation between inclusion and use of hideous characters/preachy storylines. If that premise can't be accepted, there's not really any chance of consensus because the opponent is arguing in bad faith.
