I would first work on obtaining the Doji and Shining One, then I would focus on the MASA, which is one of the easiest empyrean weapons to create.
To me, the Prime weapons don't really exist; I see them as a "Baby version of the lv75 relics". Only people with dedicated groups and job versatility will be able to obtain them
If you're worried about parsing with the Shining One/Doji, you'll be able to compete against any MASA SAM
