75 Cap, Hybrid LS? Coming Soon, To A Levi Near You!

So..... yea, I've kinda outlined this discussion on Reddit here:

TLDR, gonna make a 75 cap character, use it to sync anyone wanting to lulz on some old content, but also maybe try and clear content meant for the post 75 cap. Not judging on using modern QoL stuff, or even if you choose to go over cap. Purely meant for fun, and a little nostalgia. Kick off will be on Oct. 5th, Leviathan server.

I'll try to keep up with comments here also. I am open to ideas, and I want this to be fun!
