The Voracious Resurgence 5-4 Freezing W/o FastCS

I dont't use FastCS and i tried the //config FrameRateDivisor 2, but it still freezes after the end of the CS after defeating the monsters in Arrapago.
nothing happened when i used the //config FrameRateDivisor 2, i didnt get a message or anything from windower when i type it and hit enter.
on a side note my paste keybind isnt working even thought i see it loading when i log in. just mentioning this in case somehow its connected the to the cs freezing.

Login using vanilla ffxi.

Run //showfps and see if your FrameRateDivisor is actually being changed when you type in //config FrameRateDivisor 2.

You may want to open the console and type it directly in there. If you don't usually enter commands in the console, you don't need the "//".

//showfps isn't working either

Have you tried reinstalling windower completely?
