It's possible to get all 3 stats at the same time yes... However the problem is whether it's possible to cap all 3 stats at the same time, I've yet to see one anywhere close to capping all 3 as of yet. That and even if you did...

Eurytos' Bow
Dmg:71 Delay:490
STR+3 AGI+3 RACC+2 RATK+23

Fay Gendawa
Dmg:72 Delay:486
STR+5 Ratk+20

They're still pretty evenly matched... Anything lower than that Ebow would have it beat instantly.

Like Woodum(sorry cant type a nice name like that ^^) wrote wonderfully, the choice is up to you. At the end of the day, Hellfire +1 wins in my opinion and then Annihilator, Wood explained it clearly why so I wont repeat it. Youll learn when levelling the job how to deal with hate issues while TPing(gear, merits) and when and where not to pull hate with weaponskills.
