I would guess they're adding whatever NPCs/decoration/rewards are going to be associated with whatever the in-game 20th Anniversary event(s) will be. Or perhaps they're adding .DATs for a new zone?

Why do you think they added the additional wardrobes? Just add Time Mage and half the time for Imprimaturs or double the amount received so it will be easier to obtain those weapons/trusts.

clearly the logical solution to all the JP/EP botters is to add a true idle RPG mechanic to mog gardens that accumulates EXP while you're offline and can then be collected at a moogle! bring over the inevitable mobile game mechanics

Yes, it's tomorrow - time zones are clearly stated. They often do just state dates/times in JST though, so some confusion is understandable.

New character creation options and features, new characters can start in Al Zhabi, Adoulin, or Tavnazian Safehold ( with new missions/quests/low level zones for those starting areas ), and a new weapon, the Gunblade!

A return to horizontal progression. Removal of tier sets. Complete rework of the economy including mega server AH system. Free world transfers off Asura. Ability to get tokens and ichor from copper vouchers. City ranks 11 through 20. Removal of party requirement for delve. Another mog wardrobe.

Hahahahaha. Never, that grind is too core to the Mythic acquisition process. Would be nice though!
But one Mythic-related thing I could realistically see getting added to voucher redemption might be Zeni. A truly mindless and meaningless task, and you still have to do the real work of going to kill the NMs and building the KIs so it's really not removing the essence of the requirement for the ZNM/Mythic process.
Worth noting that as I type this, I am procrastinating from logging in to go snap some dragon pics after getting a new Soultrapper before I last logged out...
