You Can Use Authy/Google Authenticator Now?

My Square-Enix Software token has been registered for years but after getting a new phone I had to remove and re-add it.

This option is new..ish? How long has it been around?
It means I don't have to use Square-Enix's app for logging in anymore which is great.



It does work, I just logged into the game using it.

Ya it's great, and the advantage of using Google or Microsoft authenticator, your data gets backed up so when you restore your phone, your token will still work. This doesn't happen with the Square Enix token app, it doesn't sync with the cloud or have any sort of backup feature.

Oh nice, I've been using Authy for years now because it had cloud backups and Google/MS didn't, but good to know they do now.

I have 1password which saves it as well, as well as auto-fills it.

do you still get extra bag if you use this over token, I have an alt that needs so could be very useful for more mule room.

Yes you get the bag with microsoft authenticator.

I mean you could always set one of them up and then deactivate it, you still get the bag.
