I wanted to establish a thread to summarize Mastery Level information as well as the benefits that will be available. Please feel free to correct me where appropriate and I will do what I can to keep things up to date:
Mastery Level
20 - Current Max Rank
+1 - Attribute/Combat/Magic Skill per Rank
+7 - HP per Rank
+2 - MP per Rank SMN Avatars / BST Pets / PUP Automatons - Accelerated Growth (10 Skill per M.Lvl?) (DRG Wyverns To Be Determined)
RUN gets Embolden at 60 which would be a pretty big deal
Also worth noting is that pet stats appear to be increasing at a significantly higher rate than player stats as they get Master Levels. Still being worked out, but to quote from the BST thread:

most likely. though geomancy hard caps at 900 - there is nothing beyond that per SE. but could definitely see some stuff with the rest. Ultimatley right now were looking at +20, so not ground breaking....but down the line it could stack up
side not one Geo...you technically get +1 handbell and +1 geomancy every ML...so...if nothign else it will be easier to hit 900
That's what I'm thinking. For GEO at ML99 you'd be getting +198 combined skill would be nice to see some extra tiers, otherwise no need for any skill+ gear ever again.

Only a little easier for Geocolure sets I think? Master GEO with Dunna and Incanters for the obvious reasons is 856 combined skill. In an Indi set, you would still be using the pieces that enhance duration, which already come with skill+ on them. Guess it does open up options to insert more CMP or PDT in your casting sets.
None as of yet. Then again, I haven't really tested. I'm currently ML4 on PUP and have PLD puppet out. Accuracy has been going up between +9 and +11 per master level. Attack +12-14, Evasion +9-11, and DEF +2-3
I'll change over to the mage frames a little later after I hit at least ML5 and see if the puppet uses anything new.

Hit ML5, and I'm close to ML6. So far, no new WS for melee, or ranged puppet. Also, highest level nuke for BLM puppet is still Thunder 5. Still no Stone 6 yet

You will probably have to skillup automaton again, like your h2h skill . I skilled up polearm and axe will farming MP earlier as war
Wish, this opened up some more options, and reasons to sub pet jobs, call wyvern on nin/drag just for the guns of it? Why not!
/Bst /pup /smn should all make main jobs pet jobs more appealing in some unique way.
Jug/pet food/petmeds should be all jobs, being able to summon wyvern and advanced summons, should be all jobs, charm/jugs should be available to all jobs. Summoning/equipping automatons should be all jobs, and by all jobs I mean if you have the appropriate subjob on.
How that may be useful? I dunno players can customize and play with it, but at least it could be an option.

Well here’s the thing. Each time I get a new master level, my Automaton’s skills are “overcapped”. When I got my first ML, my PLD puppet’s skill was 434/424. It’s now at 504/424. The puppet’s accuracy, attack, evasion, and DEF stats have all gone up. But as far as new weapons skills or spells the mage puppets can use, that seems to be a big fat NO.
As the OP said, he'd like some people to theory craft subjob performance, so I'd like to leave some thoughts on what things will look like at Master Level 50. I'll post again later when I've had the time. This is an updated level list.
Honestly you don't get much from these last 2 subjob level bumps. Sub dnc get sc dmg II trait at 58, sub sch gets regen III at 59, sub run gets foil at 58. Other than that, it's probably about 12-15 mil exemplar for a small bump in stats.
I'll be detailing the whole range of updates from 50-59 for anyone has returned and looking to level up.
/war fencer II is pretty solid boost for DRG/war with Naegling if you don't have KC for /DNC. Also more niche for DNC/war using Twashtar with shield and haste samba.
