Is there any use for it before I drop mine? Currently, I use Carmine Body +1 and Pixie Hairpin +1 for Drain and Aspir.

Could use for idle but I don't like having Head locked out. JSE or even Val mask for regain nice. Mask can even have refresh +2 on it

Put it on your mule or on your mannequin, if you went through the trouble of upgrading with 12 stacks of lustreless scales, might as well just put it away safely instead of tossing it.

I used to. Now I'm using Sacro Breastplate and Ratri Helm +1. Stikini's +1 and Bale Choker for the Refresh.

Is Bale Choker Refresh +2? Or is it the same as Coatl Gorget +1?

Edit: Could not find the answer on BGwiki, FFXIcyclopedia, or here, so went out to get the Bale Choker and it's only Refresh +1. Sticking with Coatl Gorget +1.

Bale is +1 refresh, I like the Coatl Gorget +1 for the refresh/regen combo. Both are a nice idle option.
