Dunno if anyone uses this or not, but I found this tool for NM hunting:
WideScanTool by Mujihina
And I'm not sure that it's working properly. I set it up to scan for some hex IDs but I'm not seeing any alerts.
It was last updated 2 years ago, so I'm guessing whomever created it isn't updating it any more.

As you said, the last update was 2 years ago. A quick search shows that the author has not pushed anything to any of their repositories for nearly 2 years also.

Best bet would be to raise an issue against it and see if you get any response.
