Just wondering if these are working for anyone else atm? I haven't tried using in a long time and just tried on a mule I wanted to put in a different starter city and it doesn't seem to want to warp anymore. Broken?

SE fixed it so you actually have to go there, stop cheating and actually do your own work.

Do you need to register the home point or can you just pop into the zone and later just warp there?

It's honestly good this was patched, mainly because RMT were heavily abusing it to make new accounts fast. It's ridiculous a level 1 character could go anywhere in the game and not set-off any alarms.
