This set also caps DT.
Second earring is there for the HP+, I should probably replace it with Alabaster now that I have it, which also grants me 5% more DT meaning I could swap some other pieces probably.
10% SIRD aug on cape and R15 on Neck, of course.

If you did swap the Alabaster in, you could also swap Loricate for Moonlight or even Moonbeam Necklace to still overcap SIRD and DT.

Ive been considering getting path c morgelai since one of my alts is almost always rdm and increasing that regen 2 potency from 23 (+1 RUN ear, R0 bunzi feet) to 48 seems really nice for the duration it has. Ofc boosting regen4 from run is also an portion when I'm being less lazy. No sch :(
But that's a hefty price tag. Does anyone with path c morgelai feel like there are semi consistent situations where morgelai made a "large" difference? I'm trying to figure out if its worth it in some way I'm not seeing, without asking is it worth it," because the answer is almost always "it depends." Already have epeolatry of it matters.

I made a Su4 a long time ago when I played RUN more frequently. RUN doesn't really take a ton of damage anyways, but the Regen ticks add up. I think I was able to get like +80~ tick Regen IV with Embolden. RUN can also wear some pretty good idle Regen+ gear, even to tank in (Futhark Coat +4, Turms+1 Hands/Feet, Null Masque), plus you get 3 from Auto Regen trait. This is the set I use for when I self-cast my own Regen, just downgraded Sword and Earring (and I haven't upgraded head/legs to +4 yet).

ItemSet 370264

The sword is also BIS for SIRD if you're swapping weapons anyways, has a chunk of HP so you don't dip too low in your pre-midcast sets, and is the BIS for Vivacious Pulse (a nice one-time heal when needed) otherwise. I never bothered to buy the HQ2 only because I rarely play RUN to begin with, but if you want to optimize, it for sure is better than nothing. Hard to quantify "large difference", but it helps keep you HP positive and requires less frequent healing. It's also handy for times when you pop Sforzo or any damage-immunity/heal moments (Shadow Ring, Turms Mittens/Empyrean proc) and can recover some health when things go left. Wouldn't personally say it's unbelievably worth a few extra Regen health ticks (reason I went Su4 instead), but certainly has a use case.

Oooh su4 sounds like a much better cost effective way to go actually. Thanks!

That's also a lunge burst set.

Though I prefer Acuity belt for the extra macc and int. Yes, Run can wear acuity belt, and Agwu's. Almost like the game wants Runs to magic burst.

Lunge is not modified by INT at all. You'd also want to use Aettir for Lunge modifier bonus. Orpheus's Sash is also an option but I think pure mab/mdmg is the best modifier. And I also think Agwu's Robe is superior to Samnuha body even with the Burst damage 2 for the same reason, especially at R30

Acuity belt for the macc not the int. The belt just happens to also have int on it. Also used metamorph ring for same reason.

Macc matters a lot wrt lunge bursts on Sortie basement bosses on magic setups, one of the few times Run lunge burst comes into play.

Nandaka is the best lunge greatsword right now. It will utterly crush Aettir's lunge bonus via mdmg, MAB, and macc. Huuuuge macc difference. Aettir has No mdmg and no mab. There's a 62 macc skill difference between them, and a 40 macc difference on top of that.

Soulcleaver has the same Lunge bonus as Aettir, and some Mdmg and MAB, but it still loses to Nandaka by a large margin. The lunge bonus just isn't that potent

The best possible weapons would actually be Naegling+Dolichenus, but... would need DW. Ambu melee weps have, bizarrely good magical stats.

Perhaps because they were created by the great magetaru Abdhaljs?

modified my set slightly. forgot about warder's charm +1

it lets you keep the 40 burst damage and 19 burstII damage, but a bit more magic damage+ and MAB using friomisi and fenrir instead static earring and locus ring.

I don't really think of this as a lunge set, though ofcourse its close.

Does lunge benefit so much from magic damage+ ?

Lunge dmg is only affected by mab, burst bonuses and magic dmg afaik. The gear that has any of that and run can wear is the same.
