None of those are a bad thing so I would expect them to happen. No big deal.
Are you finally acknowledging that the Dems are trying to shoehorn in items that have nothing to do with the current crisis then?

Both sides are trying to do that, it doesn't matter. The only sticking point that really matters is the corporate buyouts. Once the GOP agrees to all the unwaivable resrictions that are gonna come with it, everything will fall into place.

Both sides are trying to stuff ***into this bill(s)

This is why are government is a *** joke.

Reps are trying to make the "stimulus" count against your 2021 tax returns, that's some extremely scummy ***.

Yea that won't happen. I think that was a very shortlived idea.

No, it does matter. It’s the only thing that matters. And these are the people you guys want to be 100% in charge of our health care? Screw that noise.

As for "stock buybacks" Trump already said he was against that, they should just add that in and be done with it and move forward.

Not add all this off topic fluff.

Waiting on the Republicans.

1) Trump is a lying sack-o-***.
2) So what if he claims to be against corporate buybacks? Let him have that put into the bill, that any corporate bailouts are prohibited for buying stock, and can only be used to assist employees. He won't do that though, he actually loves corporate buybacks despite what he claims.

Either that, or he doesn't understand why the Dow was so high.

Are they trying to pass both stimulus for corporations and individuals at the same time in one bill?

Yes.

Hey leftists, can we actually agree that this extra nonsense from both sides should be left out of this bill to expedite its passage?

Ugh it's hard enough for a government to do one thing properly, how do they expect do to 2 different things at the same time.

It's the largest stimulus bill in history, around 2 trillion dollars. That why McConnell's methods have been idiotic and thus far have failed.

In the GOP senate bill there is a $500,000,000 slush fund, to be used at the discretion of the secretary of the treasury to bail out affected industries.

This slush fund carries no obligations for the bailed out entities and, by the way, includes "resorts" like our beloved president's golf clubs.

And it's stopping all progress.

Moscow Mitch and his antics are not helping. They should not be voting on anything until a deal is reached. They should also be voting remotely, and meeting via conference call (which is what the Dems are already doing). Rand Paul tested positive, and the GOP is still meeting in person?

They cannot vote remotely Vic. There is no constitutional mechanism for that.
