What lie? There is a difference between a national health emergency and a national emergency. Look up the timeline yourself. I double checked with Snopes, though it may have been six months between the two with Obama, not five.

What lie? Literally every claim that Trump has made about Obama's response has been a complete lie. Joe Biden was not in charge of the response, no policies were implemented that restricted testing, Obama did not wait 6 months to declare a public health emergency, he declared one before any Americans had even died. Literally every Obama reference that has been made has been a lie.

We didnt have mechanical testing capacity for this virus. we were using common flu nasal swabs. We were having to manually test kits, and the CDC was keeping it intentionally artificially low supply.
