Uh, we were talking about Republicans who stated that the President committed a crime but voted to acquit him anyway. I'm fully aware that many believe that he shouldn't have done what he did, but that does not automatically constitute that they believe a crime was committed.
Btw, I'm curious to know how you feel about the Democrats not voting to convict Clinton. Was that "enabling" him too? After all, there is practically nobody who questions that a crime was committed.
Clinton committed a crime, yes.
Trump committed a crime, yes again.
Crimes are not just punishable by jail time, they can be punishable by jail, or fines, or both.
Maybe someone else should do your arguing for you, as whatever you’re trying to do is failing pretty hard. It’s like you’re trying to twist my words against me, but don’t understand any of the context so it ends up falling flat.
It's okay Rava, I'll continue as-is. I do have a suggestion for you. Perhaps when you respond to someone you can refrain from commenting on the person posting, and just focus on the actual comment made or subject being discussed?
When you actually take a moment to call out your friends for doing the exact same thing only worse, I will take your holier-than-thou request seriously.
I've never had any friends personally attack me, so I've never had to request them to stop.
I wish this forum allowed us to create custom signatures. If it did, my subtitle would be ~Holier Than Thou

So if you're not convicted for a crime, it never happened?
This is an irrelevant thought exercise. I can believe that you have committed any crime that I want, and that’s my right. That being said, law is in the domain of government, and if you are not convicted of a crime then you are not a criminal by definition. Typical rhetoric from Rav. I have to wonder if this is even conscious and done with intent or you just deceive yourself into believing answering another question than which was actually posed is a legitimate answer. I am not asking if anyone is legally charged as a criminal, but if it refutes the fact that a crime has occured simply because noone was charged with it.
If you need help breaking this down into simpler terms I can do that for you.
The problem is that you take questions that are usually completely rhetorical in nature but you still expect a 100% serious answer as if the question being posed in a literal sense isn’t completely obvious and idiotic.
But yes, just for you, Champ, I will answer your question as posed.
Of course not. Duh. Resorting to trying to insult my intelligence every time your *** is exposed is enough for anyone to see who's the real idiot here. It's actually humorous how inferior your intelligence is and yet you still try and insult others'.
The question was not and is not a rhetorical question. If you refuse to answer it because you know it exposes your idiocy and hypocrisy then that is another matter.
If a crime is committed, i.e. something illegal has happened and that is unquestionable, and yet noone is charged for the crime, does it mean that a crime has not been committed? Of course a crime has been comitted. How can you not comprehend this?
If I burn a church down and noone ever finds out that I did it, did a church still get burned down? Yes. Is arson a crime? Yes.
Also, if you now claim that a crime has not been comitted if noone is charged for it then you must, logically (this is the hard part for you) be saying that Hilary Clinton also has not committed any crime. If I could be bothered I'd go get the quotes from you and the other alt right posters just over a week ago saying she did.
/facepalm
Btw Oz, here's your chance to address the king of personal attacks.
While we're at it, how does one determine that the the thing that happened was indeed a crime? You waver back and forth between this "absolute truth" idea and it's hard to keep track of what you're going for. In a strict legal sense, the judgment handed down from an actual judge is what determines if a crime was committed. In a general sense, a person that commits any act that breaks any law (considering that the the law is very broad and often highly subjective) is a criminal. In the former sense, few of us are criminals. In the latter sense, pretty much everyone is a criminal. Pick which side you're arguing from.
In the case of Clinton, even Comey admitted that she broke laws, but determined that she should not face criminal prosecution. So in the former sense she is not a criminal, but in the latter sense she is. Maybe it's better that we all just step back and acknowledge that there are multiple ways to look at the same thing. I just happen to be more on the legal definition side.

You opened with the insults
What exactly was the insult?
On a side note, screw you. You don't make any sense and get mad when people don't address your extremely narrow view of how your questions should be answered. It's tiring, and practically everything I say to you gets answered with, "REEEEEEEE!!!!! RHETORIC!!!!!" What's even the point anymore?
I'm going to go enjoy V-Day. I suggest you all do the same.

So, your rebuttal against actual news that makes your side look bad is to rephrase the caption into literal facts I don't like? I have no idea what your game is at this point. Point is, because you see something on the internet doesn't make it true. Anyone can create BS memes/stories/"news", or be gullible to believe the BS and spread the hate. ...
Washington Post
CNN
Fox News
NY Post
Washington TimesNo no no, this is not fake.
The dude is a dumbass and what he did is out-of-this world uncalled for and regardless of political views NO ONE should be assaulted for that, especially a child doing volunteer work.... While I wholeheartedly agree with your statement you have on occasion railed on against the fake mainstream media.
Its disingenuous to call them facts I don't like when you disagree with them and real when you approve of what they say.

facts I don't like is easy to see, regardless of what direction it is being spun and facts are facts whether people believe them or not. I didn't believe the story at first given the source, but seeing zero evidence to the contrary among all the media outlets reporting it with the addition of a police report on the incident, I took it as an unfortunate fact.

Nah, just your posts, since they are always trash. Eric Holder has no relevance to whats going on with the DOJ. Just classic deflection. Easy.

It's relevant to the Dems who are calling the relationship between Trump and Barr inappropriate, saying that they should operate independently. If Holder can be Obama's "wingman", then it's hypocritical to start whining about it now that Trump and Barr are in.

For anyone too lazy to click:
President Obama's Attorney General said:
"I’m still enjoying what I’m doing, there’s still work to be done. I’m still the President’s wing-man, so I’m there with my boy. So we’ll see," Holder said in an interview on the Tom Joyner radio show."
So this fake outrage over Barr is stupid.
Well you know the ATF Gun Walking Scandal started in 2006. It’s a relevant fact since the conservative media’s manufactured ire towards Holder is tied to him continuing the program til 2011.

Just because they had Chad swag in the club and Eric hopped on a couple grenades for his boy doesn’t make him a bad guy. It’s not like he was out there interfering with investigations and trials regarding Obama’s satellite associates.
It’s interesting how you guys refuse to see the difference.

Right? Obama didn't interfere in DOJ affairs the way Trump is, and Holder didn't review cases or launch investigations because Obama wanted it. Its just the standard deflection. Its not relevant at all.
