you do actions while engaged on a mob like one the bots are attacking disengage makes the mob go unclaimed as soon as they take action on said mob flash/dia it to make it claimed and just sit back and watch the mob kill them all while you eat some pop corn

wonder when we going to see the first anti bot bots, like a party of brd and blm alternating sleepga and horde lullaby.
Eiryl doesnt exist anymore and we are still bumping the defuncts thread.
Let him rot in peace... Offline
did i miss anything? i thought he proudly announced he only got a 3 day ban on most of his accounts?
That dude is still going strong - I mean his lights are still on right~?
Ain't ***changed, I don't need to bump the thread as long as you guys do it for me
Just counting Nqftw's 10,000 duped medals. He's now at 7200 if you're also keeping score. Reading the bg classic thread that grows 10 pages per day lul. Nice to see some life over there for once. sounds like it’s kinda hard to get banned these days in ffxi

Recent events kinda forced a little show of effort to stint outrage, and that's it. Too much bad PR and you have to show a little action to quell the masses and then you go right back to hand-waiving because it works. None of you can be bothered enough to care either so it just goes round and round.
Every bot they banned has a new bot in it's place, I looked around all the usual places, still there (new names of course, but it's the same humans) They took the ones out that they knew would come back. No one gives a *** that there are STILL duped medals being sold and hoarded. No one cares that theres still 200 bots on asura alone right this second. All that matters is DI points and free stuff. I remember that Carbuncle was so *** pissed off about the RMT that they staged a server-wide protest.
Those days are gone. Edit: this should be REALLY good. nqftw just verified his account. Offline
don't get why they'd ever turn off auto ban. even if they have to rely on the extra sub fees of bots, just make a algorithm that determines how long the ban is put on hold.
a. time it takes to get a bot ready to earn gil in hours b. amount of gil a bot earns per hour c. average price for 1 mil gil in the past month d. price for ffxi ultimate seekers edition (preferably discount price) x. the amount of profit you grant them (find sweet spot where bots keep returning after ban, needs testing) b * c = f (money earned per hour) d / f = t1 (hours to run to pay for seekers investment) a + t1 = t2 (hours to run befor turning a profit) x / f = t3 (grace period you grant them to turn their profit in hours) t2 + t3 = final countdown (total amount of hours you hold the ban) i'm sure i screwed up the math somewhere up there but something along those lines should be implemented. players are a bit more happy cause at least on the surface SE seems to keep order. SE is happy cause they still collect sub fees from RMT bots. RMT are happy cause their children don't have to die? Offline

I've only ever reported someone one time since 04 until this year. And the guy has not been on since like a day after I reported him for camping inside my camp on top of me, causing lag and cursing at me in say after I politely asked him not to. He did this twice, reported him and reported him the next day for doing the same thing. He's not been on since. Offline

Yep, that's the guy. Nice to know that I asked him politely not to camp inside my camp. He was the one raging at me in say. Then he went on to fabricate and brag about his 4 box killing faster than me with trusts to others? lol
Nice to know people are obsessed with me. Keep up the good work, Thorn! Offline

So the guy was 4-boxing with a bot and bragged about killing faster than someone solo with trusts, not even on a DPS job? He really was special. Bless him.
Not everyone is blessed with an elephant trunk you know?
So nqftw verified his account this morning and cleared his sales history.
I'm actually impressed how many shady *** are smart enough to come here to do that... and really disappointed that the site lets them do it. I think you don't care enough
The fact that a player can blatantly sell 7900 fake items and no one bats an eyelash is pretty ridiculous. He is a duper that had a large stache saved. Most that had their mains banned now are selling their stache to sell the gil. I personally know a few doing it. Im sure ive seen him delete comments before, He's probably one of the more recent ones.
Also people do care as they are posting on the OF but obviously SE does terrible investigations
