Giulani is the perfect guinea pig to use inherent contempt on. Nobody wants anything to do with him, he has fabricated the entire Ukraine scandal and his own people are now facing prison time.
Theres no need for Giuliani to participate in this witch hunt.

We know that Giulani is under criminal investigation, we also know two of his associates have been arrested and are cooperating with authorities, and will most likely be testifying to Congress. They don't seem to have any interest in going to prison for Giulani. Who could blame them?

I guess Trump just had an epic meltdown in a meeting with the Dems, after they passed an overwhelmingly bipartisan resolution condemning his Syrian blunder. Next up, the Senate passes it.

I believe it, it sounds just like Trump. He was upset that the house voted against him 354 to 60, with dozens of Trump's fellow Republicans joining the majority Democrats. That doesn't bode well with an impeachment/removal-from-office vote.

The two aren't related, but both of them are huge losses for him right now. The GOP briefing on Syria went just as poorly. I don't even know why these meetings are taking place, Trump has no plan. That letter he sent to Erdogan looks like it belongs on SNL. Needless to say, it didn't work.
