That looks awesome! Technically,JobDisplay could handle displaying that but that's less than what you're looking for. If you're looking into the "how to" perhaps examine the BluGuide addon. That has an interactive interface if you're willing to reverse engineer.

JobDisplay looks pretty nice, I'll try that out and look into the BlueGuide addon too. Thank you.
