Oseem Stone Addon?

I seemingly remember reading that there was at some point a windower addon that you put in minimum gear requirements on Oseem augments and it would burn through your stones until something hit the minimum stats requested. Obviously, in most cases depending on your minimum and your luck you probably wouldn’t get them but doing it one by one is awful. Does this still or something like this exist?
