Here's where it's hilarious.
Some people here are tying these 3 people directly to Trump and Russia, and some people are thinking that this amounts to anything more than minor jailtime, at best.
All of those counts will lead to less than 5 years in federal prison in total. Most of those counts would have been nothing more than fines and penalties assessed against the 3 individuals, and it still will be.

Which leads to being fined half of the highest single day account value in question, per year. Which, mainly, will lead to being fined the maximum amount of 3.5 times the highest value of each foreign account in question.
Which could be substantial. Then again, we don't know the value of the accounts, and if the accounts themselves equal to or less than $10,000 USD, then there are no filing requirements at all and Manafort can protest that in court. And also get all charges dropped because of it (in regards to FBAR).

Actually, it means basically that he didn't register a very specific event (not company, event) in regards to his dealings with foreign nationals. Could most likely be an oversight, and can be argued as such in court and win.

Figure I saw quoted was $18M.
No idea if that's actual amount we're talking for this particular charge.
