One of the people Menendez was doing business with kept a black book of dirt, probably to use as insurance or potential black mail. That's a far heavier piece of evidence then an unverified signature in a yearbook. Now the entries in said black book don't offer sufficient detail to be used as evidence in a criminal trial so they are dismissed and the charge of underage prostitution was dropped by the judge.

The women who's making the claims against Moore, turns out he adjudicated her divorce back in the nineties. She's on record as saying after her scaring and victimization she never had contact with him again. She one provable lie already, when asked point blank if the signature was a forgery the answer was basically "we're not saying it is and we're not saying it isn't".

And it's not a witch hunt, witch hunts are random and caused by mobs. This is a political hit, the Dems think they can win a seat if they can get the immensely favored candidate ruled out. In 2018 we're going to see a massive rush of Dem's calling in sexual assault hits on their Republican opponents.

He also claims he remembers the kissing thing differently and because of this welcomed an investigation, his accuser has received an apology and accepted it as well as stated she doesn't want him to resign. Lastly his accuser was of legal age when the incident took place. The Franken issue is much, MUCH different than the Moore issue.

Moore was *** little girls, or trying to and should step aside. Franken forcibly kissed a grown woman who accepted his apology.

The trial that ended with a hung jury was all about corruption and nothing about anything sexual.

I am positive that if there had been a decent chance of putting him away for that particular allegation they would have tried it first. Its getting harder to prove corruption these days.

Being a comedian lets him off the hook.
His welcoming of an investigation (virtue signaling) earns him points.
He appologized (totally works for left wingers).
His accuser not wanting him to be punished also somehow erases what took place?

All moore has is allegations with no evidence except a yearbook signature that the accuser isnt allowing anyone to see.

He was accused of child prostitution at the start of the trial. The defense made a motion to dismiss those charges based on lack of evidence. The Judge, after reviewing the book dismissed the child prostitution charges because the prosecution couldn't present sufficient evidence that the black book was a legitimate record.

That is a *** ton more evidence then what is presented against Judge Moore.

Either shut up and admit you were wrong and biased against Moore, or admit your a hypocrite because either way by your own reasoning Menendez is worse then a child molester. Now stop trying to change the *** subject and just answer the bloody question.
