So... Is Guildwork Dead?

Can someone by chance help me get my character to update on guildwork/ffxiah. haven't messed with guildwork in 3 years. just got back to the game and changed servers not sure how to set this stuff up and I can't figure it out!!

USE GUILD work plug in @windower it will take 30/1hr for it to load and flush after u log in

Hmm it stopped updating for me like 2 months ago maybe I’ll try waiting longer with plugin :0.

Guild works havent updated for me for oveer 6 months.
I just assumed it didnt work anymore

and people still pay for premium.

Some things don't update any more I think (like missions which were pulled from SE's site IIRC), but I got my Burtgang to appear after logging into the Guildwork web site itself instead of using the plugin.

well all of my items updated last night while i was asleep. However, my Job Points and merits and stuff like that haven't updated. Do I have to do anything in-game to have guildwork notice it and report it or should it be doing that automatically??

//gw flush and pray, there is literally nothing else you can do. The devs abandoned the project and whomever stanislav was going to pass the reigns over to has also abandoned it when he found out he wasn't going to be getting anything from the premium subs that still linger lol.

Personally, it pains me to know that my friends are getting items all week long without the proper amount of bad puns and snarky comments they would otherwise receive if flush worked more often outside that strange window of time. I mean, the nerve!

This, it works fine on Saturday and half of Sunday.

I get updates popping out of nowhere but certain stuff won't update (RMEA status, assaults and most items I get).

So it did just update my new title i just got but all the other titles arent there. and my job levels arent correct. does anyone know what triggers those to update? or is it just random?

Current titles seem to flush to guildwork at any time with few (if any) exceptions, but the titles displayed on ffxiah profiles have been frozen for years. You can see the list of titles that have been scanned by checking the titles tab on your profile, but you’d have to set and flush every title individually in order to see all of them there. This may also work differently (or not at all) for characters that were never linked via the long-defunct Linkshell Community site.

For items, job levels, merits, and job points, try flushing really late at night on a Saturday or really early in the morning on a Sunday. For the most part, only Lv70+ equipment will visibly update on guildwork, but all successfully scanned equipment will appear under your ffxiah equip history tab.

been flushing for over a week now and some jobs i took to 99 haven't updated and also i got another REMA since then that doesn't want to update. Usuaully i never had any issues but the last 1-2 weeks.

It would be nice to have the ability to maybe use XIAH to select a title from the obtained titles list, instead of being stuck with the same one for years now..

until April 8th 2020 when I received an email "Guildwork Payment Receipt"...!!!
Seriously they keep the payment system on while the site is down...

Someone really needs to sue. (Not as a threat or to make any actually real money), but to force them stop charging for services that don't work. I imagine Guildwork would go down at that point, and then we could replace Guildwork with an addon/plugin to get achievements directly from the game client.

There's nothing stopping anyone from doing that now. Nothing needs to happen with guildwork just phase it out.

Uh. Yes there is. It would need to be a priority for Rooks and Scragg. Otherwise, why write code for which there is no receiving endpoint?
