USD our subshell for Einherjar and Dynamis is also seeking several members for Einherjar and or Dynamis.
In Dynamis we try to maintain a healthy rotation of all zones but are slightly more iceland heavy. We also frequent COP Dynamis zones.
Einherjar is currently in Tier III and building up several key mules for Odin entries.

US has been around for quite sometime and is entering its 4th year under my leadership.
We are experienced and deeply family rooted. Majority of us old members continue to play simply to hang with one another. We do hold a sense of pride for our team and expect others to carry that torch forward. We are strictly endgame event and do not practice a King's TOD rotation.( aka we dun camp HNMs although it is not prohibited and we at times have been known to go out and get a kill or 2 if it doesnt interfere with the schedule) LS hoppers and gearwhores need not apply. We are an LS available for people who wish to find a more permanent residence and long running teammates.

Looks like everyone's in the 'recruiting phase'. First Seppuku and Lumiere, now UltimateSynergy as well.

Most ppl won't like the fact taht you need to sign up before even viewing the forums. Many ppl like to check out the ls rules and event times prior to deciding whether or not they want to throw in an app and doesn't seem you can do so w/ that site. Just says "no forums" which I'm assuming would change if I were to sign up an account.

yeah like I had said problem being you end up with viagra or porn spam all over your board. sometimes capcha dont work or the posters are not bots. As far as rules I can go and try to setup link on the board for them. I sometimes just get lost in playing with the host. We have own our site and have like unlimited everything. So between creating ftps,email boxes, or playing with our blog or USwiki I sort of forget details.

and yeah signing up on the forums reveals alot. Its common practice to do so even on account of our LS bazaar and handling orders.

On the public forums once registered though you can interact with the LS, post, and view most topics. And no you do not have to be a member.

Brief rundown on rules.

US Mainshell is run on a point per hour system during active event times. There are many ways to gain extra credit and bonus points though. We use a "wish list" system and primarily highest point member on said wish list takes the lot. However job priority does somewhat exist for certain pieces of equipment. (Example: a WAR or MNK is more likely to receive a Byakko's Haidate over a RNG main since this will actually strengthen the team rather than just be a shadow timer cut if subbing NIN) KS99, ZNM tierIV, and Cloud Evokers (minus the monarchs of course) are all run on YOYD system.
SCNM is calculated and distributed by overall participation in that particular set of 8 triggers. Lots and priority on all events are ultimately decided and governed by myself. I am fair but can be stern. US does not practice favortism or Leaders get drops first almost to a fault.

USD Dynamis and Einherjar each have their own point per hour systems. City Dynamis are double credit. All items in cities do not cost points. 75 has priority on all lots. Northlands/Accessories are 12 points per lot and highest pts member gets called to lot with comment. Persons within 5 points of one another with comment will lot off.
Einherjar is 2 pts per run. Drops are wish listed. in reg chambers if you wishlist an item and it drops you get first grabs at it. These do not cost points. However on an Odin run items will cost 5 points and the top 5 highest points participants who have wishlisted will lot off. Only 2 items may be wish listed at a time.
