I seem to recall some testing being done on Orvail Ring (I believe by either Comeatmebro or Byrth) to show that the HQ+1% is a marginal increase (i.e. 1/64 -> 1/(64/1.01)) rather than a flat 1% increase test. Does anyone know where I can find data on this? Google failed me.

The last available tests were done by Byrth months ago and it seems that HQ crafting rings effect is multiplicative rather than addictive so the bonus is pretty abysmal (for a T0 both rings will make 1/64 to ~1/62.1)
