Does bullet damage/level affect wildfire and leaden salute damage?
Nope, bullet level, damage has no bearing whatsoever on the WS damage for either of them.

Does using wf/ls actually use the bullet or can you use animikkikikiki (can never spell it lol)

Both will use your bullet. Use Animikii for Quick Draw only, as that only consumes cards.
Weapon skills expend bullets. It's QD that doesn't.

Orichalcum is the best MAB bullet outside of Living from DP.
Thx I appreciate the help, any good ammo I should be using for reg tp? Been using eminent but i see adliv and divine, these on curio or craftable?
Adlivun is from Delve, I believe the Foret zone. You can buy ammo from Forri-Porri in Adoulin after clearing the zone. Divine is from Synergy with an Alchemy main craft. Definitely the best option before RMEA ammo, but can be quite pricey.
