Does Kyou/Ou's Unfaltering Bravado damage not distribute across alliance? We've been noticing that it only affects one party lately, even if everybody is lined up in conal range.

It should be across alliance. We've always had it spread damage across alliance. The only reason someone wouldn't have gotten hit (meaning the rest have dmg distributed to them), would be if someone didn't line up correctly behind tank.

Random Fact:

Someone had to go midrun last night and disbanded out of the party while still being in the area. He got the Boss KI while AFK.

Maybe because we're using automaton tank? We've had PUP out of main party (and master out of range) and auto was only one that took damage. Previously we've had RDM in PUP's pt and he died along w/ the auto as well, while the main party was unscathed.

Odd.

It's a very tight line so everyone needs to be stacked within a 15 degree arc from the tank, tighter the further out they are. We tend to just all make on big line and then have the DD knock it's HP down to force the move followed by everyone scattering.

Had this occur to us as well with pup tank in their own pt. Guessing if the attack targets a pet, the aoe only affects whatever party it belongs to, similar to aoe magic. Luckily the blue mage tanked the next few, then the automaton ate the last one solo along with a few meteors.

Yeah, we're basically single-file.

Thanks for confirming. Next run, we'll plan on exploiting that little loop hole :)

My group usually runs 2 PUPs. One main tanks while the other PUP is in stand by mode in case the main Automaton tank gets killed by whatever. Both PUPs are in their own party and it works wonderfully.

Other night my group was doing Kyou and he opened with Interference at 25% and followed it with Bravado, that was a BLAST, let me tell you...

Did you log back in after your group went up to Ou?

I've dc'd multiple times, gotten my cards and NEVER lost a KI.

I've DC'd on the first floor and not gotten back on until the 4th floor and gotten all the same drops I would have gotten if I had been on the entire time.

I have never seen your situation on my end.

As I said, I've DC'd multiple times and missed multiple floors (and no floors) and never lost KI unless my pt went to the next floor.

Are you positive they didn't go to Ou?

EDIT: Though, it may be because they finished floor 4 and exited before you logged back in?

So above 61% acc they're ALWAYS adding 1 attack? *raises eyebrow*

So, aside from being super awesome skillup gloves, those would be pretty cool for verifying accuracy formulas and evasion numbers. The numbers seem straightforward enough that it'd be pretty easy to verify them once.

Reward from the RoE objective for each Caturae is... a scale.

Because you know, we obviously needed more scales.

Maybe it's to prevent people to DC and skip the KI loss when going for OU.

I'll keep that in mind though, thanks for the info

Anybody having issues with the SC objectives? Went on a duo card farm and every time we got 1/2 on SC despite doing like 20 SC within time limit. We tried pretty much everything: different mobs (i.e. not multiple on same mob), different element/tier, multi-steps and with trusts/players opening/closing. Still failed to get last one every time.

Not repeatable.

Also, you don't get credit if the boss dies while you're dead.

Haven't seen it mentioned and it only happened to us for the first time recently, but you can get 2 chest floors on the same run. We ended up getting more gil than what we would've gotten from only 1 chest floor, so that was pretty cool.
