Same. Thank God Jin Air is playing Afreeca in 20 minutes. If it goes to three games, that should be at least two and a half hours of something else to do. :3

having the same issue, just tried logging in, got this Error 1400 code when i hit the play button, 6:48am est time. hope they resolve the issue before 11am est. haven't used my daily x6 darkmatter free augs for Reisenjima gear/weps =/

I had left a character on overnight to bazaar and was dc'd when I got on around 5:15 est. He was able to jump right back in from character selection though. My other character still isn't able to log in though.

EDIT: The number of people online has been increasing steadily the entire time as well.

5:40 est - 248 people
6:27 est - 289
6:44 est - 307
7:05 est - 339

Started having connectivity problems around 2:30-3am EST. Restarted the game and got error POL-0011 upon trying to log back on.

Was able to get on again after resetting my modem, but am still experiencing minor r0 issues.

however, nothing was mentioned on the JP side of the forums, so I'll go with it was a problem with only the english POL client.
