Trump is already the next President. The best thing to do is to just try to positively influence him rather than this divisiveness on display at the DNC.
Really because a month ago you were declaring Clinton to be the next President. Needless to say, no one is listening to your crystal ball. Solid speeches to close Day 1 of the DNC.

Bernie Sanders speech
-"Climate change is the greatest threat of our generation." /facepalm, Translation: If Crooked Hillary wins, get used to paying new fees for make believe problems & hi2u Agenda 21. I'd of thought an increasing national debt, families struggling for jobs and to make ends meet, ongoing budget problems, and terrorism would have made the list -"This election is about healthcare" Oh really? I hope this doesn't change my Obamacare plan. The premiums are literally to "die" for To Sanders credit, I do like him as a person over Crooked Hillary. While I do not agree with either of their opinions, at least you can tell by Sanders body language that he's not a fraud and actually being sincere in what it is he's saying. Despicable how the DNC aligned against him and used his religion as a "wedge" against him It's true, because "scientist" (also known as modern day lobbyist) say so Pictures don't lie. Democrat or Republican, we can all agree the real threat, ManBearPig is back and more dangerous than ever Phoenix.Amandarius

Solid speeches to close Day 1 of the DNC. It seems you are listening to me. Hillary has been destroyed. It's over, buddy. Moveon Its a LONG way till November.
You're all wrong. Ronald Reagan is going to rise from the grave and get elected again. His vice president will be Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
Reagan will run the slogan: "Braaaaaaaaaaaaainnnnssss..."
This will do amazingly well with millennials. Unfortunately, he'll be pro-brains and anti-people. Wasserman will be the same, but for different reasons. Phoenix.Amandarius

In other NOT news, I wonder why the media is completely ignoring the 16 teenagers shot in the Fort Myers Nightclub this morning; two killed, one of whom was 14 years old.
I wonder why they ignore this one. Hmmm, I wonder why. Phoenix.Amandarius

Hmmm, I wonder why. It was all over the news and this website right up until the DNC started. Its still on the front page of every news site. Like I said, call it a night. What? What the hell are you talking about? If you can, please respond in a way that doesn't involve a one-liner.

This election is over.
Despite his efforts legions of angry Sanders voters and angry Independents will now vote for Trump. It's over. DNC is still in denial, the first stage of the Kubler-Ross Model. Anger will come as the negative coverage and corruption fails to cease. Vitriol will be directed at Trump rather than facing reality in-house. Bargaining will come when personal attacks against Trump fail and when liberals beg for aforementioned voters to come back. Depression will come when Trump is president-elect come November. Acceptance will come when Trump takes office early in 2017. Quote: Today's top story, Clinton calls Trump a doo-doo head. Trump then replies about sticks and stones. The DNC later today revealed more discord towards their voters by releasing another email saying that their voters are all stupid. In other news, 14 people shot at Ft. Myers, FL This just in, Clinton retorted on Trump's sticks and stones comment by calling him a doo-doo head again. Quote: (CNN)A deadly hostage-taking at a Catholic church in Normandy, in which a priest was killed and another person seriously wounded, was a terror attack committed in the name of ISIS, French President Francois Hollande has said. Speaking to journalists in the northern French town of Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray, where two men took five people hostage during morning Mass Tuesday, Hollande said the attack was a "cowardly assassination" carried out by "by two terrorists in the name of Daesh" -- another name for ISIS. In the latest Islamist atrocity to roil France, an 84-year-old Catholic priest, the Rev. Jacques Hamel, was killed when two men stormed the church in the northern region of Normandy, Dominique Lebrun, the Archbishop of Rouen, said in a statement posted on the diocese website. Besides the slain priest, two nuns and two churchgoers had been taken hostage, CNN French affiliate BFMTV reported. One of the hostages was seriously wounded, and is "between life and death," French Interior Ministry spokesman Pierre-Henry Brandet told reporters. The situation ended when the two attackers were shot dead by police, he said. "The two killers came out and they were neutralized," he said. The priest's killing comes on the back of a string of violent attacks across Europe in recent days, some claimed by the Sunni terror group ISIS, most notably an attack in the French city of Nice less than two weeks ago that left 84 dead. France has been under a state of emergency since the Paris terror attacks in November last year. Speaking to reporters, Hollande said: "Daesh has declared war on us. We have to win that war." But urged the public to remain unified in the face of the threat. "All people feel affected so we must have cohesion ... no one can divide us," he said. "Terrorists will not give up on anything until we stop them." The Paris anti-terror prosecutor has taken over the investigation into the attack, France's Interior Ministry said in a statement. The Vatican has condemned the attack, calling it "terrible news" on the back of a string of recent violent attacks in Europe. It said the Pope had been informed of the attack and shared the pain and horror in response to the "absurd violence." The statement said the violence was particularly horrific as it had taken place in a church, "a sacred place where the love of God is announced." Lebrun said in a statement that the "Catholic church cannot take up any other weapons but prayer and brotherhood among men." He called on the faithful "to lower their arms before violence and to become an apostle of a civilization of love." Other religious leaders were quick to condemn the violence, with the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, tweeting: "Evil attacks the weakest, denies truth (and) love, is defeated through Jesus Christ. Pray for France, for victims, for their communities." French Prime Minister Manuel Valls tweeted his horror at the "barbaric attack" on the church, and vowed a defiant response. "We will stand together," he wrote. A police cordon has been set up around the scene in the town, about 108 kilometers (67 miles) northwest of Paris. The wounded hostage was treated at the scene, and the three other hostages freed, he said. Explosives experts are working to check if there are any bombs left at the scene. A witness, Dominique Michot, told CNN that the hostage situation was underway when he arrived at his nearby workplace shortly before 10 a.m. local time (5 a.m. ET). Michot, a baker who spoke to CNN from inside the police perimeter, said he heard several rifle bursts at about 10 a.m. Update on the knife attack
Quote: (CNN)At least 19 people were killed and 26 injured in a stabbing spree at a facility for disabled people west of Tokyo, making it one of Japan's deadliest mass killings since World War II. Nine men and 10 women, ranging in age from 18 to 70, were killed in the attack. Officer Satomi Kurihara of the Sagamihara Fire Department confirmed the death toll at the Tsukui Yamayurien facility in Sagamihara, a residential area approximately 40 kilometers (25 miles) west of the capital. Satoshi Uematsu, a 26-year-old who worked at the facility until February, broke in through a window about 2 a.m. Tuesday (1 p.m. ET Monday), Kanagawa Prefecture officials said at a news conference. Police said they received a call from an employee of the facility reporting the attack, according to state broadcaster NHK. About 3 a.m., Uematsu turned himself in at the Sagamihara police station, carrying a bloodstained knife and cloth, officials said. He had been working there since 2012, Motoko Rich, the New York Times' Tokyo bureau chief, told CNN. It is unclear what he did there, nor if he resigned or was fired from his job at the home. He had trained to be a teacher and former colleagues said he was personable and good with children. Neighbors were shocked to hear of his involvement in the incident. While the motivation for the attack remains unknown, Rich reported that the suspect had taken a letter to the Japanese legislature outlining a society in which euthanasia of the disabled was accepted. The suspect handed a letter to staff at the official residence of Tadanori Oshima, the Chairman of the Lower House in Japan's parliament in February, the House's secretarial office has confirmed, but CNN has not been able to independently verify the contents of this letter. Of the 26 injured, 13 are "severely" hurt, according to a local fire official. Ten suffered moderate injuries and the remaining three minor injuries. They are being treated in a number of local hospitals. |
