Eh, most people don't block. I'm fairly certain (and the mods can confirm or deny this) that there are people on both "sides" that have reported the same person(s) several dozen times and still haven't blocked them. That doesn't absolve mods from doing their jobs to get rid of troublemakers.

I agree there are some who don't need to be here in P&R but to simulate remove them wouldn't go over well. There is no win-win here. None of those states are as bad as Kansas. I would describe as nothing but that is being too generous !
