The command line is //config FrameRateDivisior 1
to undo it's //config FrameRateDivisor 2 (Thats back to 30)
and to uncap its //config FrameRateDivisor 3
to undo it's //config FrameRateDivisor 2 (Thats back to 30)
and to uncap its //config FrameRateDivisor 3

Nah just // in normal chat, or just take out the // if your doing in the command bar.
There's actually a plugin called Config, which is what you need here.
