Multiculturalism is indeed an epic failure.

This has absolutely NOTHING to do with multiculturalism.

Denial of the obvious. Does being a member state of the EU permit one to travel and live anywhere in he EU? Would not being a member of the EU change that. Do you all think the us is the only place where native citizens resent the flood of poor unskilled workers from 2nd and 3rd world countries?
Which countries within the EU are considered 2nd and 3rd world?

Congrats on getting rid of Cameron but couldn't you have picked a less drastic way to do it?
We're very dramatic people.
H.H Asquith 1916. Good read. Rise of Lloyd George is involved in that. Split the Liberals and to this day still have issues on an issue 100 years ago.

Nausi.....

Free movement of EU citizens who are members of the Schengen area.

Visa holders from 3rd party countries (non-EU citizens) are extremely limited in living in other EU countries.

E.g. I am a permanent residence visa holder in Denmark, the highest level visa you can get with no expiration date. I cannot live in another EU member state without going through that other member states visa process. I do not have free movement.

Here is the law explained, enjoy.

do you actually ever elaborate on the stances you back or do you just throw as much ***as you possibly can at the wall hoping some of it sticks? I don't think I e ever heard you explain or understand anything at all that's actually going on around you... You just back certain points and then are unable to back them up even in the slightest... Idk how you can call someone else a low information voter or is it because you know your own so well? Sigh...

Random P&R, summer is upon us and with that comes a lot of summer related stupidity! I would like to take a moment to reach out to any P&R regulars who might happen to live in NY to take a moment and review this bill: http://assembly.state.ny.us/leg/?default_fld=%0D%0A&leg_video&bn=S07102&term=2015&Summary=Y&Actions=Y&Text=Y

The amendments proposed would allow an person, not just police, to break a window of a vehicle with an unattended animal left inside. There would be a few things included that the person needs to do first, not just running up and smashing away.

The most recent sponsor of this bill is Assemblyman Ceretto and his website is: http://assembly.state.ny.us/mem/John-D-Ceretto/sponsor/

The bill he sponsored is "A07715" but the details on the site seem to only show up under "SO7102". Either way, if you are so inclined please take a bit of time to email or otherwise contact his offices and check in to see what is going on with this bill. It was proposed in May of 2015, which in an article mentioned may have been too late in the legislative year. What happened in the last year?

Thanks for taking time if you do, cats and dogs are awesome.

You can do this in the UK if you have sufficient evidence to prove the animal is in serious danger. You`d most likely still need to go to court to defend your actions though.

From the RSPCA website:
Quote:
The law states that you have a lawful excuse to commit damage if you believe that the owner of the property that you damage would consent to the damage if they knew the circumstances (section 5(2)(a) Criminal Damage Act 1971).

Why do millions of people around the world put up with losing their homes and ending up homeless ?

Lets follow this thought process through.

Sir/ ma'am why have you lost your home my friend ?

Sir/ ma'am) - Because we can't pay our mortgage

Why can't you pay your mortgage ?

Sir/ma'am) - because we lost our jobs

Why did you lose your jobs ?

Sir/ma'am)- Because of the great banking collapse , the banks couldn't get this, so i couldn't get why my company went bust.

So who is taking your home away and saying you got to leave ?

Sir/ma'am ) - the banks, that caused this problem and we are the ones leaving.

I blame the education system....nobody can even balance a *** checkbook let alone carry a mortgage.

They spend a hundred and fifty thousand dollars to go to college for an art degree and then they skip all their classes... and strut around like they got away with robbing a bank...

What the ever-loving hell is going on over there?
https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2016/06/federal-court-fourth-amendment-does-not-protect-your-home-computer

Quote:
In a dangerously flawed decision unsealed today, a federal district court in Virginia ruled that a criminal defendant has no “reasonable expectation of privacy” in his personal computer, located inside his home. According to the court, the federal government does not need a warrant to hack into an individual's computer.
