If you want to restrict their pissing options, then that is your policy point, but don't trivialize it with "I'm sure they have their conflicts". You're better than that, or you should be.
I'm a pragmatist and the size of this population is simply too small to be making special rules or situations for. It's the same as making sure all doors can be opened with feet because double arm amputee's might been intimidated otherwise. Time and resources spent towards accommodating them could be spent on more important things, especially if those time / resources come as a form of government mandate.

If you hadn't been acknowledging them, your case here might hold some weight. You were, and just refusing to properly engage a discussion that you started. So no, they don't get to fling as much mud as they want - I called Vic out in public! - but debating in bad faith is no bueno.

Gender neutral bathrooms are something that some buildings choose to do, but nobody (certainly not here) is demanding that it apply to all public restrooms. Transgendered people just want to use the bathroom that they identify with, and not be forced by law into one they don't.
You do understand by tossing convention out the window via saying "just use the bathroom you identify with" you open up the doors to all sorts of unintended consequences right?
