Zah, you're intentionally missing the point here. You don't get to dis-include bathrooms with showers (or locker rooms) in the equation.
Including bathrooms with showers does not bolster your point at all, because you don't actually have anything other than your own personal paranoia. There are no laws allowing men into women's showers.
