Is there another command I can use other than /console send mule /ma "Blizzard III" bt . This don't seem to work in Wild keepers. Is there some kind of assist macro can use.

Send allows you to send anything to the mule's console. This means you can "send mule assist Mulitus".

This can happen if your mule is not facing the target when you hit the macro. What you can do is either alt-tab and cast one spell on the <bt> or make sure they're facing the correct position.
