I threw out the old earring, did the fight and talked to Aldo in lower jeuno. Now i'm standing in front of the door in Norg to speak to Gilgamesh, but somehow he is busy and i can't figure out why.

What missions/quests make him unavailable? I'm on RoV 3-1-4.
