Escha Zi'tah Newbie Question

I have never tried out any forced popped T1 Escha Zi'Tah NMs. I was hoping if anybody can help me clarify how to easily obtain the pop items. So for each T1 NMs i know everyone in party will need Tribulen along with KI. Now to get KIs do i need to get 1 of or a set of items to obtain KI from NPC Affi:

*Darksteel Ingot x2
*Mahogany Lumber x3
*Silk ClothN x2
*Buffalo Leather x2
*Gold Ingot x2
*Carapace Gorget
*Flame Blade
*Holy Sword
*Fish Mithkabob

Please let me know :)

You only need one of those items, and the requested amount of item by Affi.

Your best bet is buying Fish Mithkabobs at the Curio Vendor Moogle for about 12k a stack. x6 fish pops = a T1 pop

Holy swords are technically the cheapest if you have sparks.

'tis true. But they don't stack which is really annoying... especially since T1's will typically drop everything you're NOT looking for before you get the item you WERE looking for.
