The Full FFXI OST? |

The full FFXI OST?
Every now and then I play an old OST, like Zilart, or CoP while I play. I was wondering, seen as we're at the end of the storyline and unlikely to get any new songs, whether someone was planning on posting the full soundtrack at some point? Would be pretty awesome. :)
Not sure if its still around but piratebay had an ffxi ost that had a lot of stuff not sure about everything.
Yeah I'm looking for all the music in FFXI in one spot. All the expansions, mini-expansions, and the latest music from ROV. It would be a massive collection of all the music FFXI has to offer.
Anyone know if there's anywhere I can download most of the earlier music (before Abyssea)? Not having much luck. I could spend hours converting Youtube videos but I figured there's got to be some site out there.
By the way I tried Piratebay but no seeders. Stuck on 36.9% with no further movement. Makes me a sad panda.

YouTube Video Placeholder is all you need.
Nah I was looking to make a collection for those rainy days. But I guess I'll have to settle with Youtube playlists.

I have disk 1 and 2 from the original + maybe Zilart OST. I'm waiting for an actual human to approve my KAT account so I can upload it and share.
Anyone, if you know a better way to share this music, let me know. Offline

I've ripped the PS2 version music on .PSF2 format if you're interested.
Need tagging. PSF2 format is a emulator which runs only the sound program for the game music, unline MP3 or FLAC it synthesizes the music in real time like the PS2 did originally while the game was running. I have to upload it so PM me what you want. Everything is in FLAC.
FFXI OST Premium Box Disc 1-7 Disc 1 and 2 - FFXI OST Disc 3 - Rise of the Zilart Disc 4 - Chains of Promathia Disc 5 - Treasures of Aht Urghan Disc 6- Unreleased Tracks Disc 7 - Piano Collection Wings of the Goddess Seekers of Adoulin A complete ost would be more like:
FFXI Premium box 1-7. Wings of the Goddess OST FFXI OST -plus- (this finishes wotg ost and contains addon ost) Seekers of Adoulin OST. Seekers of Adoulin Forever Tommorow. Final Fantasy XI Final Rememberence. Then for bonus stuff: Nanoo mihgo music stuff. Star Onions music (2 Discs) Probably neglected a few things. Now the real question: Anyone know where these could be picked up on disc or digitally without spending a small fortune on buying via Amazon marketplace? Because while many (though not all) are available, you're looking at a sizable investment. Let's please avoid any bickering and just accept that I'm loathe to pirate music, old fashioned as that may be. I've been paying for my content ID since 2004, so SE have had hundreds of pounds sterling out of my pocket. I think anyone who's paid them that long has every right to "pirate" the music from the game they've played over ten years. Dilandu that collection would be super sweet if you could sort it out. No major rush :) I can fill in any blanks from Youtube if there are any. Ramyrez said: » Sylph.Shadowlina said: » A complete ost would be more like: FFXI Premium box 1-7. For getting the official CD is impossible at a reasonable price. FFXI OST Premium Box was roughly $91 at release which is a good price. With it being out of print and marked up to 5 times the value is insane costing around $440 new at amazon. Quetzalcoatl.Natwonatwo

There were also the following releases:
- Jeuno - Starlight Celebration (iTunes) - Piano Collections FINAL FANTASY XI - Sword Songs FINAL FANTASY XI Battle Collection - FINAL FANTASY XI CHIPS i think viena uploaded them to bg years ago
You could extract all the music files from the game, it downloads all the in-game ones obviously from updates.
I have already filled the request. If anyone else wants anything, PM me before I decide to delete them all. Everything is in FLAC.

But if all else fails, you can still make the whole thing yourself. Quetzalcoatl.Tesseracta

Initially when I got these the tracks would play for a bit then stop working and skip on to the next one. Just got around to looking in to this (yes, I'm 287 days slow) and it's down to them being .flac files. After converting them to mp3 they work perfectly now. Thanks Dilandu for these beautiful pieces; makes work a little less tedious.

Those who enjoy collecting memorabilia might look into getting your hands on this set. I still have mine from ages ago - and it's still in mint condition.

MP3 player, but I was also having trouble playing them in VLC player for some reason. That was until I converted them and they work fine. I don't notice any difference anyways, it's all the same to me. Cerberus.Kylos said: » MP3 player, but I was also having trouble playing them in VLC player for some reason. I could listen to vinyl and not notice much difference.
