I have the same problem...unfortunately level sync makes you lazy...my 75 SAM is at 238 skill...and even with a Soboro, skillups are a little slow. Keep at it in the Tree or Besieged and it'll eventually cap...but it doesn't seem too gimp for the level....

...and I don't think it's a matter of being lazy :)
