The countdown is on and New Horizons is already returning amazing images and information about Pluto.

NASA New Horizons

It will reach it's closest point to Pluto around 8AM EST 7/14 after a 9 year journey and is carrying some of the ashes of Clyde Tombaugh, the astronomer who discovered Pluto in 1930.
