nderstand being a *** to them if they are being a *** however it was a polite post about something they didn't quite grasp. The question had already been answered and in a much better way.
There was nothing impolite, demeaning or irritable in my post. the only one getting their panties in a bunch is you.

Little bit more detail here, say you're wearing two daggers, each with 200 delay (for simplicity's sake). Total delay is 400, which means the lowest you can get is 80 (400 * .2)

With DW3, capped magic haste (43.75%) and equipment haste (25%) your delay will be (.75)*(1024-256+448)/1024 = 23% of the original, 94.

If you add 11 DW it will be (.64)*(1024-256+448)/1024 = 20% of the original, 80 delay (minimum)

With DW2, capped everything else, and Haste Samba you have (.85)*(1024-256-448-51)/1024 = 22% of original, 90 delay

With DW2 + Haste + 9% DW (.76)*(1024-256-448-51)/1024 = 20% of the original, 80 delay (minimum).

Hope this helps, the DW is a multiplier AFTER doing the other delay calculations, so it has different impacts on delay reduction than magic haste, equipment haste, and JA haste.

Not really sure what the alternatives are TBH. Probably at least 20+ though. What are you using now?

ItemSet 395877

Thats my current tp set, linos has Acc/Att+13, Store TP+4, and QA +3%

My cape has Dex+30, Acc/Att+20, Store TP+10, and DT-5%.

I have volte tights but no ashera harness. My nyame boots are r15 and bunzi gloves r0 as i havent done anything above V0 for mboze.

How can I improve if at all?

I would say Eabani > Cessance
Moonlight rings (if you can afford) or Chirich rings
Bunzi hat won't be better until R20ish, so I'd hold off on that for now
Volte Tights are already better than Ayanmo, but calculate/consider your DT.

Rest looks great.

Went ahead and threw all that on, my DT is actually better than it was before thanks to the rings lol. 39% instead of 34% even with the volte tights on. 15 less acc but oh well

Oh, I hadn't noticed but pdt on cape instead of dt. Unless you somehow don't have shell v, mdt will be capped so the pdt is just better

If im not mistaken, things like fetters are breath damage, so DT cape does put in a lil extra work these days, but asude from those yeah pdt is typically best

Hi everyone, got a couple of newbie questions about BRD DD sets. I’ve been slowly gearing up my BRD over the past couple of months and have finally gathered up my REMA and have a solid 5-song DD BRD setup. I already have a solid SB set up from COR/BLU, I’m struggling with dagger DD set ups though. I’ve looked at Twasher farm list and it’s a hard no for me at the moment. I’ve got an upgraded I119 Carn and can probably push it to R15 if needed.

My question is what are the dagger WS sets that are worth investing into, and what is an acceptable alternative to empy/prime daggers? I currently do most content except V25s and Aminion (probably not committed enough to doing either of them realistically). Would Mordant Rime with Carn be the go to dagger WS ? Any use of evisceration ?

Thank you!

Dagger isn't in a good place and rarely gets used in most content on BRD. When I need to use dagger I primarily use Carn for the AM3. Mordant -> Mordant (Dist) -> Evis (Darkness) -> Rudra's (Darkness) is a good multi-step if you need it. Evis damage is dogshit, but it can help with SC.

I use Twashtar when doing Rudra's exclusively (F boss in Sortie) but it's not very common. Obviously prime dagger would be nice for the flexibility but I don't think most people realistically expect BRD to make a prime dagger just for that job.

For things like Xevioso or other piercing-weak mobs, I find that Mordant spam with AM3 is generally the best DPS, even with Twashtar available as an option. Often you'll find there's a DNC making use of Rudra's as well, so to avoid WS walling you are relegated to Mordant.

Even on F you might not want to wall another Rudra user so you could use Carn there as well.

Depends on what other WS your teammates are doing. Impulse -> Mordant makes Frag, Mordant -> Upheaval makes Light, Entropy -> Mordant makes Frag, Evisceration -> Mordant makes Frag, etc...

Well I'm mostly talking about a cookie cutter aminon setup.

For F after Aminon I use Savage Blade so there's no dagger competition to begin with lol.

BRD: Savage
COR: Savage
GEO: Dagda
DNC: Ruthless
RDM: BH

Quick question. For Savage blade WS linos I got
ATK/ACC +15
WSD DMG 3%
STR +8

Would it be better to replace that STR +8 with QA 3%?

No. Savage Blade has high ftp, but does not replicate that across all hits as some other weaponskills do.
