I kinda want Chasseur's Frac +1 for riding AM3+Tripleshot w/ my DP or armageddon cause tripleshots with ODD/ODT is pretty delicious.
But yeah not really seeing anything setting my world on fire here.

Any body test the hands yet? I've timed it on NQ version and vanilla FFXI (no plug-ins) so my timing might be off but I am getting the same time for Navarch +2. Anybody able to test it properly?

AF3 boots were never raw Quick Draw damage. It made incoming damage of the same element hit for 20% more for 10-15 seconds afterwards, similar to -aja spells.
NQ boots with 119 Death Penalty, Animikii bullet and 10/10 QD JPs did 1405 > 1714 weather and day neutral Thunder Shots. 21.9% increase, though I'm willing to bet that they round it up to 22%, hence the Quick Draw +22 on the boots themselves.
I just got the +1 hands made. Rolls are lasting approximately 8 minutes and 1 or 2 seconds.

Indeed fireshot increased fire element (wildfire, firaja) damage which is why cor were so popular during the vw era especially on rex. And no I don't think its possible to boost leaden in the same way unless there is something to dispel.
Gotta be honest; I'm not getting any damage boost out of the NQ boots. Countless times now I've done QD > QD and observed absolutely no increase as we used to get before.

I've noticed this with all 3 incarnations of the boots. Not sure if it's a bug, lag, dropped packet of some sort, or if the effect can just be outright resisted. I used to think it was because I was doing them too fast in succession, but could never reliably reproduce the results.

In the same vein: I messed around in Vagary with 4/5 +1 while farming memories last night and not once did the set bonus proc. This was over 5-6 runs of the amorph chamber.

I honestly stand there with my +capacity points cape on (well, I do cure bomb the nukers). The BLMs and GEOs wipe the waves too quickly for me to shot a bullet.
