SE Live Stream (3/19) CONCLUDED
I don't see the link between this Grand master and FFXI currently, its not look like the same game at all
Living in Japan I can tell you mobile games are EXTREMLY popular.. Everyone on the train is playing something, and people spend a ***ton on them (puzzle dragons, tsum tsum, monster strike) just to name a few.
From april, you are able to reserve a spot for beta test Valefor.Prothescar said: » The mobile game doesn't even look bad, don't see why everyone's in an uproar here I think the uproar is because it comes across as "We're stopping any future development on FFXI in order to make this mobile game". Even if that's not the case, that's the vibe. They are basically saying the game won't be getting any new content after November, Which is a very hard pill to swallow for all of us. a tp meter with a "+" next to it, a treasure chest with a "x0" next to it, and a timer on the screen... I wonder if they're going to have micro transactions for it lol i highyl doubt itll see english waters... but then again Dragon quest finally did... mobile version anyway

While they might be popular in Japan people couldn't give two shits about them in other parts of the world. If anything mobile games are often associated with that evil piece of ***called Freemium. The whole reason I want an offline mode is because I don't have a solid internet connection all the time, so any time I get to spend playing, I cherish. Being able to have an offline version would be awesome, so this really does have me kind of excited to try it, just to see what it's like. You could literally get a walmart dial up connection for almost nothing and play the game perfectly fine. Connection speed is not a huge deal with FF11, I played for a year on a dial up connection when they blocked the ethernet ports at school. ONE MORE THING!!!!!
ONE MORE THING
Here's the last thing. This better end strong.
A present from a god...
Yeah, good chance the mobile game never even comes out here.
"Song of the Stars", part 1 of 3
Just throwing in mobile gaming. My smartphone should play 11 anyway. I guess I just honestly have no interest in mobile games.
POWER UP SYSTEM FOR 11 for Mobile...
I see campaign looking stuff
umm Campaign?
Revamp to campaign battles perhaps?
10,891 watching now.
Am I to understand that the actual game and smartphone game will interact?
Sorry my translation sucks, I never finished lesson 1 on rosetta stone I think from what im getting is you can actually play 11 on mobile phone too... They arent talking about grandmasters through this and they are talking about the different ways the system will work..
Touch screen, and how its gonna be hard to party and linkshell and do "dynamic events" I AM RIGHT
Was that just a preview of an ilvl alexander avatar fight?
The updates in May, August, and November are called "Vanadiel's Song of the Stars". They will be "version updates of a grand scale" featuring new areas and new battle content.
There will be dynamic events. Trusts will be able to "power up". There will also be a smartphone version of FFXI? or something that makes it "easier to play XI" and stuff. THIS ISNT GRANDMASTERS... this is an actual 11 on the phone too...
