Belt And Neck Latent

Does anyone know how to break the latent on the new ws blet and gorget ive seen a few post but nothing was certain

I'm assuming it works just like the other gorgets and belts and being active during WS only.

The latent on the old belt/gorgets were for different skillchain properties, like flame gorget would work for WS that had either liquefaction or fusion.

These new ones are supposed to be the effects of all of the old belt/gorgets combined, so it's probably latent effect: ANY skillchain property, meaning they still won't work with WS like spirit taker, mystic boon, or sanguine blade.
