You are purposefully not understanding the change in classification and what that means because you can't appear to be in favor of any kind of government oversight. That's fine, but the information has been laid out for you very clearly, so stop asking the same question that has been answered many times. Oh you and your fear mongering. Shouldn't you be in your hole hiding from Ebola still? On a serious note: they will be closely watched, and it can be easily fixed by having congress write some law that isn't full of ***, but hey. Stop asking questions. You really do have a perverted idea of freedom and free markets. Not at all, but mostly because the "free market" is a myth anyway. http://www.scribd.com/doc/258494173/FCC-15-24A1
FFC released the regulations. Have at guys. I have not finished reading it. 400 pages so I'll reserve my opinion for later but so far I have heard it is fairly good and is being taken well by the internet community. I'm sure the cons will reject it outright without reading it because it wasn't their idea.
We have a pretty good example of conservatives rejecting their own idea, but only because it wasn't pushed by one of them.

While yes I agree the free market is a myth due to the largest corporations strangling out competition, I gotta say that in the future I hope this brings about some change for the world of the ISP. I mean ffs WE'RE BEHIND ESTONIA IN SPEEDS. |
